Not really. You just have to wait for the venom to wear off, but in the mean time it's kind of like your insides are turning to ice. I don't recommend it. Avoid at all costs.
Animals are straightforward. You don't have to look for any deeper meaning with them; they make it obvious what they want, and what they expect from us. You'll get used to it, I think.
Day 24
TO: dasilva.sharon@cdc.org
How's your mission going? It's not causing trouble for your other assignment, is it?
[ He's worried. ]
no subject
But this mission is shit. Have you ever been bitten by a snowsnake? It fucking sucks.
[ Believe it or not, she appreciates the worried text. It's kind of sweet. ]
no subject
I think I killed two of them. No bites though. Do you have something to treat it?
no subject
Everything all right on your end?
no subject
Do blankets help at all? Though, you've probably already tried that...
Yeah, I guess you could say that. I've been doing a lot of studying and practicing
no subject
You should try to do something fun, too.
no subject
[ Thanks to Tiger, Mochi is in camp and harassing Ivan. (because he cares)
And what is "fun" anymore? ]
no subject
Or you could try playing tag or something? I know it's childish, but it's a lot of fun.
[ Don't be that person, Ivan! ]
no subject
[ Maybe not all of them. Hanbei is probably asleep though, and things with Barnaby's are... tense. ]
Mochi probably wants me to play tag. He keeps tackling me to the snow
